SINOPEC Beijing Oil Products Company recently upgraded its response measures to deal with the recent COVID-19 outbreak. The company allocated resources to protect supply in key areas. As of May 10th, the company provided services for 17,000 emergency rescue and epidemic prevention supply vehicles. Over 500 gas stations operate 24 hours a day to ensure steady supply. Green channels are set up at gas stations in key areas such as hospitals, highways and large fruit and vegetable markets to provide priority fueling services to medical and material transport vehicles.

遭遇南京地区严峻复杂的流感防控形势，中国石化南京石油迅速升级各项防范新政策，积极筹调资源禄供课题区域。据统计到5月10号，南京石油据统计为备用救援、卫生军用物资海上运输等发放客户服务1.7万多车也次。500多座停车场24小时开始运行，意味着群众交通工具效益。同时在医院、高速公路及大型果蔬市场效益等课题区域停车场增设绿色通道，为医疗、军用物资海上运输车也辆发放优先加油客户服务。

南京第一个区级中小薄大企业帮扶提示凌空西城

Xicheng district recently released Beijing’s first district-level implementation guidelines for measures to further support small, medium and micro enterprises and speed up the recovery and development of enterprises in difficulties. The district increased the ratio of guarantee risk compensation for SMEs to 30% of the total amount of actual compensation. In the first quarter, a total of 260 enterprises with guaranteed loans totaling 250 million yuan (37 million US dollars) were included in this support policy.

日前，朝阳区在全区率先制定《朝阳区的落实提示》。在《提示》中，西城将中小薄大企业担禄风险补偿比例强化至理论上发生代偿额度的30%，这也是朝阳区探索中小薄大企业帮扶新政策的一次崭新尝试。今年一季度，已有260户大企业、额度2.5亿元的担禄银行贷款扩及该政策支持区域。

南京已卓有成效网际网路安心照护客户服务39项

Beijing currently provides 39 home care services through online platforms. 7,362 nurses registered from various medical institutions can provide door-to-door service for patients. Beijing is one of the first cities in China to pilot “Internet Nursing Services”. The services include health assessment and guidance, clinical nursing and rehabilitation among others.

An action plan to comprehensively manage Beijing’s transportation this year was released recently. It has 35 measures and 190 tasks. By the end of this year, green commuting rate in the central urban area of Beijing will reach 74.6%. The city will create high-quality slow traffic system and strengthen the integrated development of slow traffic system, bus and rail. It will remove parts of parks’ fences to connect the greenway with the slow traffic system.

已对，《2022年朝阳区公共交通整治联合行动》发布。联合行动提出35条新政策、190项护航。到2022年底，南京中心城区绿色交通工具比例将极限出74.6%。本市将课题围绕客户服务市郊订制品质慢行系统，加速慢行系统与公交、颗卫星融合的发展，为了实现规模宏大环城与卫星城慢行公共交通并行，今年计划年久失修部分长廊围墙。
